A dedicated and versatile professional with over a decade of experience in spiritual coaching, quantum healing, holistic wellness and community leadership. Awen's journey blends advanced certifications, deep personal growth and a commitment to integrity and transformation. Having been connected to the dimensional realms since a child Awen has traversed life learning through several means of spiritual developments from Yogic breath work & practices to Celtic paganism. Awen has also been initiated and anointed into the Sophia Christ Blue Rose and Pink Rose Lineage in 2021, is a Keeper of the 13th Solar Ray and is a Pillar of the Oraphim Emerald Green Order. Shadow Connections Workshop was intuitively created and is a series blend of Carl Jung Shadow work concepts with the ancient Chakra wisdom. Participants explore the shadow through guided reflection, group sharing and somatic exercises. This workshop focuses on offering Chakra focused shadow work for self-discovery & healing; Integration of self-love practices to support shadow work and Tools for emotional balance, creative expression & spiritual connection.
Wombns Circle
Since November of 2022 every month on the new moon I assist in holding a sacred space alongside two other women for a circle of woman and daughters usually between 6 and 20 attendees. Each month has a specific intention and offering, guiding through song, meditation, activations, anointings and crafts.
I am a devoted, conscious mother of four—my oldest now 20, my youngest 10. We thrive together on five acres of prairie land, surrounded by our garden, a homemade zip line, tree houses, and the gentle hum of the hives I tend as a certified beekeeper.
Raising children during this rise into the Golden Age is a remarkable quest. With ancient wisdom at our backs and a shared commitment to conscious evolution, we can support one another through this once‑in‑a‑lifetime journey of growth, remembrance, and transformation.
I became a Ceremonial Cacao facilitator in 2020 after a couple years of sitting with it myself. Then was offered an opportunity to learn the ancient practices & had been initiated by a Mayan Guatemala elder to facilitate as a medicine carrier of this Sacred plant. I offer Sanctuary Cacao Communion locally as a 1:1 experience, couples or larger groups. It is a delight to have a cacao heart
